James Brennan is an attorney with a national Qualified Intermediary (also known as an Exchange Accommodator or Facilitator) that helps investors adhere to the rules within the tax code that are required for proper structure of an exchange.

Project features: Website graphics preparation/optimization for the web from supplied Adobe Illustrator files and fonts, as well as coding webpages including XHTML/CSS. Dynamic navigation menu was built with JavaScript/CSS. Blog and forum seamless integration. Blog was developed using open source WordPress blog with a custom designed theme. Forum was built using an open source punBB forum software and custom designed theme.
