James Brennan is an attorney with a national Qualified Intermediary (also known as an Exchange Accommodator or Facilitator) that helps investors adhere to the rules within the tax code that are required for proper structure of an exchange.

Website graphics preparation/optimization for the web from supplied Adobe Illustrator files and fonts, as well as coding webpages including XHTML/CSS. Dynamic navigation menu was built with JavaScript/CSS. Client also wanted to seemlesly integrate blog and forum into the wbsite layout. Blog was developed upon an open source Wordpress blog with a custom designed theme. Forum was built using an open source punBB forum software and custom designed theme.
Used the following tools: Photoshop, Fireworks and Dreamweaver. Webpages developed using HTML/XHTML/PHP and CSS.
